Dutch Association of Advertisers celebrates its 90th birthday

October 1 The Dutch Association of Advertisers (BVA) organized its 90th birthday in the historic RAC halls in The Hague with the theme: “BVA 90 years: advertisers take their responsibility”. More than 250 guests enjoyed the jubilee symposium.

Keynote speaker was David Plouffe, an American political strategist best known as the chief campaign manager for Barack Obama's 2008 presidential campaign in the United States. The BVA awarded Mr. Plouffe with the 3-I Award for the Most Innovative, Inspiring and International Campaign.

Guests included Ambassador Hartog Levin, Minister Frans Timmermans of European Affairs, and Minister of Foreign Trade Frank Heemskerk.
