Ambassador Hartog Levin opens Sally Mann Photo Exhibition

September 24 Ambassador Fay Hartog Levin opened a photo exhibit of American photographer Sally Mann called “The Family and the Land” at The Hague Museum of Photography.

Sally Mann was born in 1951 in Lexington, Virginia, where she currently lives and photographs. She is best known for her large black and white photographs, first of her young children, then of her landscapes.

Her work has been honored with numerous grants and awards, and has also been the subject of numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout the world.
