February 7 - Chargé d’Affaires Edwin Nolan met with the Town Council of the city of Wassenaar, where the new embassy campus will be built. 

Hosted by Mayor of Wassenaar Hoekema, the event brought together members of the Council, representatives from State Department’s Overseas Buildings Operations and embassy officials. 

State Department officials went over plans for the building and grounds, and took questions from Council members.
